You found us! That means you are either family or a friend and this blog is for you! We keep pretty busy, so we thought we would create a space where family and friends can come check in on us to see what we've been up to. We realize that we don't get to see many of you near enough; this will serve to help us to stay in touch at least a little, but hopefully not as a substitute for never actually seeing you! Tears of joy are running down my face!!! He is beautiful and you both look so in love:) I can't wait to see the three of you. Great job Joye...still shining like a beauty queen! He looks so peaceful...I love the pic of Joye and Caleb..and Johnny and Caleb...all of em! Talk to you soon.

CONGRATULATIONS! AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JOYE! What a wonderful birthday present- truly a gift from God! Caleb is beautiful-and we can't wait to see him/hold him/snuggle him-just 4 more days! Great Aunt Linda just called(I'm at work and Grandpa is camping overnight with Braden & Rhianna)-so I couldn't talk long-but since she was up to see all of you, she gave me all the details on what he looks like, etc. I have his picture up on my computer here at work so I can look at him often. Wow, are the Deakins grandparents fortunate to be right here in the Boise Valley to see this little guy. You guys have a beautiful son and we are proud of you both and we are loving seeing Caleb grow and change already.
